Welcome to Pretty Little Digitalz. By purchasing, downloading or accessing any of our digital products, memberships or Lifetime Files, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All products sold by Pretty Little Digitalz are digital files only unless clearly stated otherwise. No physical product will be shipped.

Please check the product description and file format before purchasing to ensure it is suitable for your software, printer and intended use.

LICENCE & USAGE

When purchasing a Pretty Little Digitalz file, you are purchasing a licence to use the design, not ownership of the digital file or design itself.

Unless otherwise stated, you may use our files to create and sell physical 3D printed products.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, gift or redistribute the digital files.

  • Upload our files to Facebook groups, file-sharing sites, drives or other platforms.

  • Sell or distribute modified versions of our digital files.

  • Claim our designs as your own.

  • Include our digital files within your own bundles or memberships.

  • Purchase one copy and share access with another person or business.

MEMBERSHIPS & LIFETIME FILES

Membership and Lifetime File access is for the purchaser only. Login details, download links and files must not be shared with anyone else.

Recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time to prevent future payments. Access and benefits are subject to the terms of the membership purchased.

REFUNDS

Due to the digital nature of our products, purchases are generally non-refundable once files have been accessed or downloaded, subject to your statutory consumer rights. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

FILE SUPPORT

If you experience a genuine issue with one of our files, please contact Pretty Little Digitalz and I will do my best to help. 💕

Print quality can vary depending on your printer, filament, slicer settings and other factors outside of our control, so successful results cannot be guaranteed for every setup.

COPYRIGHT

All original designs, digital files, images and other original content created by Pretty Little Digitalz remain the intellectual property of Pretty Little Digitalz unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the design to the purchaser.

AGREEMENT

By purchasing, downloading or accessing content from Pretty Little Digitalz, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
