Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once files have been downloaded or accessed.

Please make sure you read the product description carefully and check that the file type is suitable for you before purchasing.

If you experience a problem with a file, please contact Pretty Little Digitalz. I’ll always do my best to help resolve any genuine file issues. 💕

Memberships & Lifetime Access:
Payments for memberships and Lifetime File access are non-refundable once digital content has been accessed. Cancelling a recurring membership will stop future payments but does not refund previous payments.

This policy does not affect any rights you may have where a digital product is faulty, not as described, or where applicable consumer law gives you a right to a remedy.
