WHAT FILE TYPES DO I RECEIVE?

File types are shown on each individual product listing. Please check the description before purchasing to make sure the files are compatible with your software.

CAN I SELL THE ITEMS I PRINT?

Yes! 💕 You may sell physical products that you have printed using your purchased PLD files. You may not resell, share, gift or redistribute the digital files themselves.

CAN I SHARE MY FILES WITH SOMEONE ELSE?

No. Your purchase is for your use only. Digital files, download links and membership access must not be shared with anyone else.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A FILE?

Please get in touch! 💕 If there is a genuine issue with one of my files, I’ll always do my best to help you get it sorted.

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Because these are digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable once the files have been accessed or downloaded, subject to your consumer rights. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

WHAT IS THE PLD FILE CLUB?

The PLD File Club gives members access to a collection of Pretty Little Digitalz designs depending on the membership chosen. It’s perfect if you want fresh files without purchasing every design individually. 💜

WHAT IS LIFETIME ACCESS?

Lifetime Access gives you access to the PLD files included under the Lifetime offering for a one-time payment, subject to the Lifetime Access terms. No monthly subscription! 💕

CAN I CANCEL MY MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes. You can cancel your recurring membership to prevent future payments. Cancelling does not refund previous membership payments or purchases.

CAN I REQUEST A CUSTOM DESIGN?

Yes! I offer custom/commission design work depending on availability. Get in touch with your idea and we can discuss what you’re looking for. ✨
